KAIA comes from the fusion of the Quechua word “Kay,” which means “to be” or “to exist,” and the Hawaiian word “Kaia,” which means sea.
And it was created with the purpose of building a COMMUNITY that supports women around the world who seek moments of pause in their daily routines to connect with disciplines that align Body – Mind – Spirit.
